Handmade 2.0 at the Ptuj City Gallery, curated by Marika Vicari and Jernej Forbici in collaboration with Dušan Fišer, takes you through five rooms featuring the original works of internationally renowned artists such as Anna Galtarossa, Lene Kilde, Marcela Cernadas, Rósa Sigrún Jónsdóttir, Mojca Smerdu, Andrea Salvatori, Valeria Vaccaro, Maruša Štibelj, Alice Zanin, Nicolò Quirico, Blažka Križan, Oki Izumi, Vanni Cuoghi, Silvia Levenson and Mariantonietta Bagliato.
Handmade 2.0 is much more than the simple art of the hands, the mind and the living body. Its kaleidoscope of forms, colors, lines, and surfaces, which we have already seen and still want to experience, narrate and discover through fresh desires and emotions, defies the times we live in.
